Caramel Apple Crumble

There's nothing better to kick off the fall season than fresh apples. The crust is actually just crumble, with a homemade apple pie filling acting as a buffer between the crust and a caramel cheesecake filling. Even the caramel in this one is homemade making this one of our purest/low ingredient cheesecakes to date.

Our butter graham cracker crust is topped with our signature sour cream/vanilla bean cheesecake, also feature a heavy dose of chocolate chips. The topping is charred marshmallow, crushed graham and a drizzle of milk chocolate.

The Boogeyman

The Halloween season has kicked into high gear, and we LOVE our horror movies. This one pays homage to the one and only Michael Myers. A sour cream heavy filling laced with vanilla bean creates a tangy start only to be cut with a 70% dark cocoa ganache infused with espresso. All layered on a chocolate graham crust, this one is sure to keep your stalking levels high.

Rise of Voorhees

Our tribute to horror classics continues with the Rise of Voorhees, a nod to Friday the 13th. A mint chocolate chip filling represents the forests around Camp Crystal Lake. To add a bit a depth, we've decided to top this with a mud cake of chocolate pudding and crushed Oreo showing Jason's rise from the grave!

Freddy's Nightmare

This one will truly haunt your dreams! This flavor profile uses dark, smoky, burnt sugars paired with a subtle, warming cinnamon-cayenne pepper spice kick to simulate the intense heat and atmosphere of Freddy's boiler room. The crust uses finely crushed Biscoff cookies mixed with dark brown sugar. We then top this with a rich cream cheese filling infused with burnt honey, cinnamon and a tiny prick of cayenne pepper. We top it all off with a deep, dark amber salted caramel drizzle and a light dusting of cocoa powder. We hope you find your way back from the nightmare after this one!
